Method #1 - For general training and fitness:
Take 5 Muscle Mass tablets with your pre-exercise meal and 5 additional Muscle Mass tablets with your post-exercise
meal. Creates a favorable nitrogen and hormonal environment for growth and recovery.*
Method #2 - Best for pre-contest: lean muscle mass gains with concurrent fat loss:
Take 15 to 20 Muscle Mass tablets (preferably on an empty stomach) first thing in the morning or prior to training.

Method #3 - Good for increasing lean muscle mass:
Take 3 to 5 Muscle Mass tablets every 10 to 15 minutes throughout your training session. You should consume a total
of 1 Muscle Mass tablet during your training session for every 6 to 10 pounds of bodyweight. For example: if you weigh
180 you should consume 18 to 30 tablets during your training session. (This method yields 0.2 to 0.35 grams BCAA's
per kilogram of bodyweight).*
