Shipping Methods:
Orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Express.
UPS Worldwide Express provides guaranteed service within 2 to 5 business days.
In addition, UPS offers step by step tracking and a fast claim service.
Email Receipt:
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an automatic email receipt. If you didn't receive this, either
your order did not submit correctly, you didn't enter your email address correctly or
your Internet provider is filtering your e-mail and rejecting legitimate e-mail by mistake.
Contact us and we
will send you a copy of your order.
Shipping Charges:
The total UPS Worldwide Express shipping amount shown in the shopping cart will be the exact amount you
are charged by Affordable Supplements. This amount includes In House Customs Clearance Fees but
does not include Customs taxes or fees.
TIP! Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the order and the destination of the
package. In general, smaller products such as small bottled supplements are less expensive
than proteins and protein bars.
We will gladly accept and process your credit card. Billing and Shipping Address and name must be the same!
TIP! To speed up the processing - use American Express! They have automatic billing address
verification.

Customs Restrictions:
Many countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some of our products.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in
countries outside the United States.
TIP! Speak with your post office or customs office if you have doubts or questions.
It is entirely your responsibility to know if the products you order are illegal to import into
your country.
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we cannot issue a refund unless
all products are returned to us undamaged and in their original condition. If the package
is returned you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

Fees & Taxes:
You alone are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any
products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale
on the Customs form. Item description reads "Food Supplements-For Personal Use Only".
Please check with your country's tax authority for information
about extra charges that may apply. You may also be responsible for any additional
charges for customs clearance. Please understand we do not collect or make these
charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs
offices.
NOTE: Orders that are refused upon delivery will be abandoned and credits will not be issued.
Embargoed & Restricted Countries:
Affordable Supplements will not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed
by the US Government.
Also, if you do not see your country in our list on the order form, we currently do not ship to your location.
Lost packages:
UPS Worldwide Express and FedEx International Priority packages should be delivered in 1-5 business days. If you don't receive your
order within that time - please contact us and we'll track it for
you. If it looks lost - we'll contact the carrier to do a driver follow-up to find
out where it is. If after 8 business days they can't find it - you have the choice
of a refund or re-shipment of the order.
TIP! UPS and FedEx have a guaranteed transit time of no more than 3 business days so even if your package
should arrive and it's late - you can get a refund of shipping costs. Please contact us no later than
5 business days after receipt of the package. After 5 days you are no longer eligible to receive that refund.

If it arrives Damaged or item is missing:
E-mail customer service with 48 hours. We will contact the shipping company
for a visual inspection of the products and the box we shipped it in. You will
then be issued a refund for the amount of any confirmed missing or damaged
merchandise.
If you decide you don't want it and it's NOT open:
Ship the package back to us. Make sure it is packed WELL and insured.

Only supplements by EAS and Optimum Nutrition can be refunded for open
containers. All other products cannot be returned if opened for any reason.
