Green Tea is water extracted, produced from fresh leaves that are chopped, rolled, and quickly steamed, a process that retains polyphenols. Jarrow’s green tea consists of 50% polyphenols, including 33% catechins. Catechins are flavan monomers, the building blocks of OPCs. OPCs, OligoProanthoCyanidins, are polymers (or chains) of flavans. Catechins are generally more bioavailable and more potent an antioxidant than proanthocyanidins.
Suggested Use: Take 1 to 5 capsules per day with food. If using in powder form, brew as a tea. Or, use as directed by your qualified health consultant.
