Each capsule contains pure organic Germanium (Bis Beta Carboxyethyl Germanium Sesquioxide).
Suggested Use: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
Other ingredients: cellulose and magnesium stearate.
Capsule consists of gelatin.
