Q: How much is shipping and how quickly will I get my package?
A: Shipping is FREE for orders over $75 within the continental U.S. that are eligble
to ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping for orders $75 or less is just $5.95.
We reach over 40 states within 3 business days or less from UPS or FedEx Ground. Our shipping is quick

Q: Is [any supplement] legal to import into my country?
A: Please check our International Shipping Page
for our current, but not comprehensive, list. The best way to find out is to check
with your local customs office.

Q: I did not receive my order confirmation or my shipping notification?
A: This is usually due to a typo in your e-mail address. For instance,
john@hotmail.cm would not receive either notification. This part of our
system is automated and we would not see the mistake to correct it manually.
Also, our ship time is 6pm CST, Monday - Friday and shipping notifications are
not delivered until 7pm or later. If you did receive an order confirmation but
not a shipping notification, please wait 24 hours to compensate for any possible
e-mail difficulty or delay - and then
let us know.

Q: When I track my order it says "unable to track shipment" or "invalid
tracking numbers"?
A: While you have received your tracking number, the shipper (UPS, FedEx,
etc.) hasn't scanned your package yet. Your package has shipped and we have
sent you the notification - however, it still takes the shipper an hour or
two after they pick it up from us to scan every package into their tracking
system.
