Standard Shipping:  Packages ship via Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS. The Standard shipping price rate is based on weight of your order. As always, order over $75.00 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

UPS & FedEx - Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States.  Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order as calculated using the shipper's shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

Remember - in order to ship Fed-Ex or UPS we must have a street address. PO Boxes are not deliverable by Fed-Ex or UPS.

TIP! Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days, nor the day your package ships. For example, a 2 day air package ordered with credit card before 1 PM & processed on Friday will not arrive until the following Tuesday. Order processing of orders is cut off at 1 PM Eastern Time.

USPS Priority Mail:  Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and delivered within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may take longer).  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.

International Orders

Affordable Supplements ships international orders via the outstanding Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service. This is an exceptional, reliable, and speedy International Shipping Service. There is no tracking available. Delivery is 5-10 business days. Packages shipped using this method are less frequently scrutinized by Customs Agents and as such, unpredictable delays are less likely. You will be charged based on the weight of your order. Please select "International Shipping" as your shipping method. The shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. If your order weight totals over 25lb, The shipping charge in the shopping cart may not be correct. You will be contacted with the actual price of shipping before your order is shipped. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you can confirm that your order has shipped. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).

International Shipping Restrictions:

1) We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

2) Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."

3) If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."

4) The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. We do not accept international paypal payments

5) Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.

6) The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.

7.) Due to the limitations of certain International shipping vendors, tracking numbers can not always be provided for International Orders.

Canadian Orders

All shipments to Canada are Duty Free and Customs Free. Buyer is responsible for applicable Canadian taxes. The actual shipping time takes 3-5 days on average utilizing our partnership with Deutsche Post. The shipping rate charged in the shopping cart is a delivered price to the customer's door including all duties and customs so there is no hassle at all with having to pay any additional fees or pick up their package from the post office or customs office.

Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service. You will be charged based on the weight of your order. Please select Canada as your Destination Country and "Canada Express Shipping" as your shipping method. The shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you can confirm that your order has shipped.

High Value Orders
In order to protect our customer's privacy and security we may require additional information for high value orders.

Order Cut-Off Times:
Our online store is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Order processing of credit card orders is cut off at 1 PM Eastern Time. We do take phone orders from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

Order Turn-Around:
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you didn't receive this, either your order did not submit correctly, you didn't enter your email address correctly or your Internet provider is filtering your e-mail and rejecting legitimate e-mail by mistake. Please contact us if you didn't receive the email receipt with your 12 digit order number.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email supplying your tracking number with instructions to track it. Again, if your email wasn't entered correctly - you will not receive this email.

Rarely do we have a backorder, but if that's the case we will contact you ASAP and you can choose to wait, substitute, or receive credit for that item.

Order Tracking:
Orders shipped by Fed-Ex or UPS are e-mailed a tracking number at the end of the business day when they have shipped. You can use that number (example given by following the link) to track your package.

Lost packages:
Ground packages should be delivered in 1-3 business days. If you don't receive your order within that time - please contact us and we'll track it for you. If it looks lost - we'll contact the shipper to do a driver follow-up to find out where it is. If after 8 business days they can't find it - you have the choice of a refund or re-shipment of the order.

We can not place claims on shipment that are more than 30 days old. If your package does not arrive within the 1-3 business days, contact us ASAP to ensure the claim is placed with the 30 day time limit.

Avoid Delays:
Provide a billing address if you are shipping somewhere else. The billing address must match what your bank has on file for the street and zip code. If it doesn't we receive a "No Match" message and have to email you for this information causing a delay.

TIP! If you have moved in the last year we recommend calling your issuing bank and ask them what they have on file for online address vefification. This could be different than your actual physical address. Make sure the Credit Card name is the Cardholder's Name and matches the billing address. Also, some banks do not subscribe to address verification. This problem gives us an "Address Match Unavailable". We are unable to process these cards. A faxed signature or money order is acceptable in this case.

Provide a way to reach you in case we have a question. We prefer email but a daytime phone is okay. If you don't have an email address, you won't receive your automatic order receipt with your order number or your shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can sign up for a free email address at www.hotmail.com. We will not sell your information and do not email spam. We WILL check on you in a month to see how you liked what you ordered. We also have a free optional newsletter that you can sign up to receive.

Return Policy:

Please call us 877-478-3678 during our normal business hours for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns.  Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Protein/Nutrition Bar Policies

During the Summer months, some melting and changes in consistency of protein bars is to be expected during shipment. Bars are kept at appropriate storage temperatures in our state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. In ordering bars the customer assumes full responsibility for any changes in consistency. We recommend placing the bars in the refrigerator for several hours and then storing in a cool, dry place.

Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Back Orders:


We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
