CreA3 Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one serving with 8oz of water on an empty stomach or in between meals.

Training Days - Take 1 serving with 8 oz of fluid 10-20 minutes prior to training session. Repeat with a second serving consumed with 1st post-workout meal/beverage.

Non-Training Days - Take 1 serving with 8 oz of fluid immediately prior to first meal of the day.
