Optimum Nutrition's CGT10 is an advanced formula that combines three of the most effective ingredients available:

Each Serving supplies 5 grams of CreaPure™ brand Creatine Monohydrate. The patented production method used to produce CreaPure™ yields a powder that mixed easily into water or juice and does not readily settle to the bottom. As a result, the gretty taste or texture you may have experienced with other creatine powders is not associated with this product.
3 grams of L-Glutamine, 2 grams of Taurine, and 5 grams of Inulin are aslo included to aid absorption and help round out this all-inclusive formula.
